Contract with Transit

Transit makes it easy for your agency to purchase our services — with sole-source justifications, membership in cooperative purchasing lists, and sample RFP requirements at the ready. If you’re uncertain whether your agency can leverage a cooperative purchasing list, please reach out to us for guidance.

When you're ready to purchase Transit’s services, we’re happy to share our standard contract for your team to review. Since our services don’t always fit neatly into standard software/SaaS templates, using our contract is often the best way forward. That said, if internal policy requires using your own contract template, we can work with that too. Either way, our team is here to help make the contracting process smooth and straightforward.

Sole Source Documentation

To support contracting directly with us, Transit can also provide sole source documentation. Email us to get our ready-made sole source justification for the following products and services below:

US Cooperative Purchasing

Cooperative purchasing programs allow public sector agencies to buy services at pre-negotiated rates without needing to run their own procurement process. Transit’s services can be procured through several cooperative purchasing contracts in the US, including:

  • OMNIA Partners
  • TIPS (The Interlocal Purchasing System)
  • GSA (General Services Administration)
  • CMAS (California Multiple Award Schedules)
  • Sourcewell (a member-based CoOp, available in all 50 states)

Transit works with a reseller to handle contracting and billing through these US cooperative purchasing contracts. If you're unsure whether your agency is on a cooperative purchasing list, feel free to reach out—we can look into it for you.

Get in touch with partners@transit.app  — we’d be happy to prepare a quote that leverages one of these contract vehicles.

UK Cooperative Purchasing

Transit is a member of G-Cloud UK – a UK government framework that allows public sector organisations to buy services from approved suppliers through a digital marketplace. It’s part of the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) and is designed to simplify procurement. You can find more information about procuring Transit’s services on the G-Cloud digital marketplace hereget in touch to request a quote to leverage the G-Cloud framework!

Cooperative Purchasing in France

Transit has been selected as an approved supplier on France’s UGAP (Union des Groupements d'Achats Publics) framework. UGAP is France’s central public purchasing agency that manages a framework of pre-negotiated contracts that public sector entities can use without needing to go through a full public tender.
